Well one way or another the end is near, Does the shambles of a takeover go through or does the tax man wind up Swindon Town F.C?
Several news reports are stating that unless the takeover that has taken about 4 months to complete goes through by the weekend, that`s it, The tax man will issue a winding up order which will all but ensure Swindon Town go bust.
For whatever reason the football club and the parties involved in this ridiculous scenario must feel they have all the time in the world, well the message is now loud and clear, sell up or die.
Do you really want the blood of Swindon Town Football Club on your hands? Do you want to be responsible for the death of a club that has won the league cup, played in the Premier League and been around since 1879?
It really does feel like no one cares. Reports have stated that both parties have signed the relevant documents, well now is time for the club and for Fitton`s consortium to get their fingers out and chase up the lawyers, Stop sitting around waiting for emails or phone calls, be pro-active and ensure that there is a club to be sold.
It`s do or die, and if we die many questions will be asked. Just why didn`t anyone do anything to ensure the deal got done?

This was so predictable and we have seen it so many times, especially in the last 12 months!! I have always been sceptical that this takeover would go ahead & the silence suggests it won’t. Was this just a ploy by the Wills family and Fitton to stall the IR??
Everybody has to boycot the next game, even if it is just to hit the Wills’ family in the pocket.
