Winding Up Order Early Next Week

The Swindon Advertiser is reporting that the taxman will issue a winding up order against Swindon Town early next week, if the club`s proposed takeover is not sorted out.

All parties involved in the takeover have gone silent over the last 48 hours and no news, is not being seen as good news by Swindon Town supporters.

Fans are already beginning to suggest boycotting the match as well as season ticket holders simply, not bothering to go to the game whilst the current situation carries on.

The Swindon Advertiser has reported today that HMRC will issue a winding up order early next week as a Christmas present to Swindon Town F.C early in the week should the takeover not overcome the current impasse.

Fans hold with a baited breath for some news, any news to try and put their minds at ease but as things stand right now Swindon Town fans are beginning to accept that the end is nigh for this 127 year old club.
