Swindon Town F.C have confirmed that talks with BEST holdings have collapsed and that the club have a new investor in place.
The new investor has made a ignificant payment to HMRC to steer off any legal action that may be thorth coming.
The club have thanked BEST holdings for their interest but now confirm that talks have started with a new consortium with a view to take over the club.
