Swindon Town skipper Gordon Greer has been voted the first Vital Swindon Town Player of the Month for the 2009/10 campaign.

Greer has put on several solid displays so far and this has been acknowledged.

It was a close contest between him and fellow summer signing Jonathan Douglas who narrowly missed out. Jon-Paul McGovern finished third.
