Swindon Town have offered contracts to four of Swindon’s younger players ahead of the 2011/12 season:

NATHAN THOMPSON: Made a couple of appearances for the senior side last season and is still highly regarded. The 20 year old right-back has been offered a one year deal.

MARK SCOTT: The young goalkeeper impressed during a loan spell at Swindon Supermarine where he earned a nomination for the ‘Player of the Round’ during the early stages of the F.A. Cup. Moved above Jakub Jesionkowski as Town’s third choice on various occasions. Scott has been offered a one year deal.

MATT CLARK: Recent graduate of the youth set-up. Clark made his senior debut as a late sub at Tranmere on the final day of the season. He has been offered a six month deal.

ABDUL SAID: The Somalian forward player impressed in both the youth side and reserves. He would have featured during Paul Bodin’s brief tenure as caretaker manager. Like Matt Clark, Said has been offered a six month contract.
