Swindon HAVE to win this game. The club have lost 3 game’s on the trot by big scorelines in all competitions last week. The first team lost 7-1 to Nottingham Forest, The Reserves lost 5-0 to Bristol Rovers and Swindon lost 4-1 to Salisbury City in the Wiltshire Shield. Charlie Comyn-Platt and Paul Smith are out. Jerel Ifil will miss this game due to a 3 game suspension.
Player to watch: Sean O’Hanlon
After last weekend’s shamble’s, Captain Sean O’Hanlon need’s to rally the troops and get them all on the same page. At Forest the player’s became frustrated with each ohter and started arguing with each other on the pitch. A repeat performance of this and Swindon can be resided to relegation.
Tranmere Rovers Team News:
Unlike our friend’s on the Tranmere site we are not going to slate them every way possible. Tranmere Rovers haven’t won away since Port Vale on New Year’s Eve, so they will be well up for this game, knowing that Swindon are in the middle of a bad run. Rover’s have lost their last two games to Oldham Athletic and high flying Barnsley. A win for Tranmere could put them in thirteenth in the table depending on how other results end up.
Player to watch: Danny Harrison
The midfielder sent a rallying call to his team mate’s saying the club ‘need a couple of good result’s right away’ to help the club avoid the drop. Harrison has been with the club since the age of 10.

Match Prediction:
Hard to predict really. If Swindon get back to the form of 2 weeks ago, there is no reason why we cannot win this game. But given that Paul Smith and Charlie Comyn-Platt are still out I will have to say a draw will be a realistic result, although not the result we would be looking for.
