Swindon Town are the 2011/12 nPower League Two champions after beating Port Vale 5-0 at the County Ground to spark wild celebrations.

Didn’t have anything to do.

Paul Caddis – 7
Cool and composed, gained more confidence as match went on!

Aden Flint – 7
Rock at the back, goal was well deserved

Alan McCormack – 7
Composed on the ball, never put a foot wrong.

Jay McEveley – 7
Great performance, got stuck in and needs to stay at Swindon.

Matt Ritchie – 8
Best game since returning from injury, regained the form that made him League 2 player of the year.

Simon Ferry -7
Usual reassured self on the ball.

Oliver Risser – 7
Has come on leaps and bounds since the start of the season. Good all round performance.

Lee Holmes – 7
The player is absolute class and a must sign for next season.

Paul Benson – 8
Two goals, ended the goal less spell in style.

John Bostock – 9
Immense as an attacking player, Showed glimpses of the player that Spurs bought from Palace. Would love to see him back.

Alan Connell – 7
Consistantly the best striker Town had all season, good to end last home game of the season with a goal.

Jonathan Smith – 7
Tough tackling midfielder slotted in nicely into the side.
