While speaking to the press today, Danny Wilson stated that the transfer of a season-long loan forward was ‘99.9%’ complete.

So far this summer the Swindon Town manager has added defender Michael Rose and midfielder David Prutton to the ranks.

However, Swindon currently only have two forwards with first team experience in the form of Vincent Pericard and Charlie Austin.

Much of the talk on the internet forums is that the unnamed forward is Manchester City youngster Alex Nimley-Tchulmeni (Surname shortened to Nimley).

The 19 year old, made his first team debut for City against Burnley last season and Roberto Mancini would be keen to send Nimley out on loan to gain first team experience.

Swindon have been keen to secure a good working relationship with the Premier League outfit after selling Alex Henshall to the Blues last month.

Nimley is a former Liberia youth international who recently switched to England where he has already earned under-20 caps.
