Former Swindon Town midfielder Stefani Miglioranzi has spoken to the press for the first time since his release from the County Ground.

Miglioranzi was candid and open when discussing the past, present and future. ?I?ve had some good times and made some great friends. The manager and I had a chat and you move forward, There?s no regrets and the manager has treated me very well as a person, I have a lot to thank Swindon Town for. There were a lot of questions being asked about me, particularly over my knees, when I signed.’

How would the Brazilian and former Portsmouth like to be remembered at Swindon? ?I?d like to think that I?ve given my all in the four seasons I?ve been here and I wish everyone well. I?m very thankful for the friendship from people at the club and from the fans.’ Miglioranzi was popular amongst Swindon fans but looked to lose the edge to his game when best friend, Rory Fallon was sold to Swansea City back in January for £300,000.

Miglioranzi was a member of the 2003/2004 team that made the playoff’s against Brighton And Hove Albion and look’s back with fond memories on the playoff loss, and some regret. ?You always look back at what might have been, I don?t feel we got what we deserved in the play-offs a couple of years ago. Unfortunately we weren?t able to keep the squad together and then you suffer from inconsistency.?

About his future Miglioranzi revealed that three club’s in League One have been in contact as well as a club that is currently in the League One playoff’s. Conference Side Oxford United also tabled a bid for Stefani but has assured fan’s he will not be joining the Conference outfit.
