Former Swindon Town manager Iffy Onuora has put his name forward to manage Swindon Town should Dennis Wise leave the club as expected.
Onuora replaced Andy King in September last season after the club got off to a horrible start. Onuora was instrumental in bringing Lee Peacock to Swindon and was relieved of his duties at the club after her prevented to keep the club in League One.
Onuora has been not been able to get a job at another club since leaving Swindon.
When Iffy left Swindon, He had some bitter words saying he would not want a job under the new regime and that the offer from the club was not sincere, claiming it was a ‘token gesture’.

Sorry to say but i would not want iffy back regardless.
Quite agree – he lacked experience and that ruthless straight talking edge that players need sometimes.
Not many manager out of a job at the moment though! Any in under contract would cost money!
I’d settle for Curbishley!!! Only joking….
Sturrock is available – not sure of his salary though – the Sheff.Weds fans did not want him to go.
Bryan Robson is free – not that I rate him
Nigel Worthington? It all depends on how much Town have in the kitty.
