Town left back Michael Rose will tomorrow be the first contracted Swindon player to ditch the relegated club when he joins League One side Colchester United.
Rose was never the most popular player with the Town fans (not helped by ill advised comments made by Rose on social network website Twitter).
Danny Wilson gave Rose a two year contract with the option of a third last summer and after leaving Stockport County, where he had been a popular figure.
Rose, 28, scored 3 times in 35 league appearances for Swindon.
