The Loan window for all clubs closes today at 5pm with Swindon Town unable to bring any new faces into the squad.

Town are under a transfer embargo which means Town are not allowed to bring any players to the squad however players can still leave.

Town had been a bit top heavy only a month ago but injuries have forced Town to dip into the loan market. As the club has a transfer embargo this will not be possible and Town will have to make do with the current crop or use players from the Youth Team.

Unless Swindon Town pay their footballing debts along with a £900,000 CVA payment that was due in the summer, Town will remain under the embargo.

Rumours are going around that if debts are not cleared by the 30th November, Swindon Town will face a points deduction.

The loan window will close at 5pm this evening with Town unlikely able to make any moves.
