Former Premiership giants have been given their Football League share to play in League One during the 2007/08 season but start with a 15 point deduction.

The Elland Road club who have suffered massive problems during the offseason face their first season in the third tier of the english game however it will start at -15 points due to the Football League not being happy how the club was sold back to Ken Bates.

This will come as a huge blow to Leeds fans who saw their club bouncing back at the first chance to the Championship.

Leeds have already lodged an appeal however this will likely reduce the deduction to 7-10 points should the Elland Road club win.

we at Rotherham know how much points deduction costs a club in the long run.
Leeds fans must surely be fearing for their future.
