Fans Consortium Talks Move Forward

Swindon Town Football Club and Trust STFC representing the Swindon Town fans consortium have confirmed that both parties have signed an Non-Disclosure Agreement.

The fans consortium is made up of former QPR director Bill Power, his associate Phil Emmell, Mike Wilks and members of the Swindon Town Supporters Trust who represent the Fans.

Trust STFC released a statement welcoming the news after a bit of confusion during the day. ‘We warmly welcome the submission of the NDA which represents a significant step forward in the negotiations between the Club and the Consortium’.

A Statement from Swindon Town F.C confirmed that the NDA was sent to the clubs solicitors on the 10th April.

This will be welcome news as the club will now be able to open the books with all negotiations remaining confidential whilst the team on the pitch aims to return to League One.
