Midfielder Curtis Weston has been told he is available for a transfer in the summer after a meeting with Swindon Town manager Paul Sturrock.

Weston, who is the youngest player to play in a FA Cup final under former Boss Dennis Wise at Millwall failed to fit into Sturrock’s plans this season.

Weston was brought to Swindon by the very same man that gave him the game in the FA Cup, Dennis Wise prior to this season and showed a lot of promise.

It appears a difference of opinion has lead to Weston’s departure with Sturrock stating that he had a certain idea of how Curtis should play and Weston had his own ideas on how he should play.

Weston currently has a clause in his contract that will kick in giving him another year at the County Ground however it appears Weston has played his last game for the Robins.
