Congratulations to Michael Timlin who has scooped the Vital Swindon Most Improved Player of the Year award for the 2010/11 season.

Timlin beat the only other nominee, Phil Smith, to first place. The former Republic of Ireland under-21 international seemingly benefited from a loan spell at Southend earlier in the season. He came back and made a decent contribution.

Timlin will be hoping that Paolo Di Canio will allow him to return to Swindon for another season.
