No sooner had the ink dried on the contracts to confirm the new Swindon Town owners, was the club linked with another potential loan signing.

Newspaper says that Swindon Town are looking to sign Charlton Athletic`s Bradley Wright-Phillips on a six month loan spell.

Wright-Phillips the brother of former England International Shaun Wright-Phillips, has scored over 70 senior goals in spells at Manchester City, Southampton, Plymouth and most recently Charlton where he was among the top goal scorers in League One last season.

It is not known yet if Town boss Paolo Di Canio will be able to complete the deal as we are unsure what funds are available to bring players in at the moment.
