OLIVER RISSER has joined Ibrahim Atiku by, according to the Advertiser, signing a two year contract with Swindon Town

Risser has impressed since joining the club on trial and even wore the captains armband for the opening friendly, an 11-0 win over a Norcia Select XI.

A Namibia international midfielder with many caps for the African nation.

Risser, 30, has spent the majority of his career in the German lower leagues with SpVgg EGC Wirges, Borussia Dortmund II, SV Sandhausen, Hannover 96 II and Manglerud Star as well as stints in Scandinavia with Breidablik, Lyn and Kuopion Palloseura.
