Swindon Town have released a statement apologising to fans as the telephone system currently in place cannot handle the volume of calls coming into the box office right now.

We understand that fans have been experiencing considerable difficulty in ordering their tickets for Saturday’s game over the ticket hotline. We are investigating the situation.
However, it would appear the system we are using is unable to handle the volume of traffic that is being generated as a result of the interest in the promotion decider against Walsall.
We are aware that our current telephone facilities fall short of the standards we require for our supporters and we are in the process of ordering a new system, which should be installed in readiness for the new season.
In the meantime, please accept our apologies for the difficulties caused in obtaining tickets for Saturday. Fans may wish to look at buying their tickets online to save queuing at the ticket office and on the telephone.
In light of this, if at all possible please either come down to the STFC Box Office in person to book your tickets or alternatively, please call 01793 333777 to book your tickets.
