Cooper: We Didn’t Threaten Their Goal

Mark Cooper has given his reaction following Swindon Town’s 2-0 loss at Brisbane Road to Leyton Orient.

Speaking to the club’s official website he said, ‘I didn’t think there was too much danger in the first half then a ridiculous tackle gives them a penalty and they go in at half time in the ascendency. In the second half, for the first 20 minutes we were not very good. When the game is over at 2-0 we start to play a bit. We didn’t threaten their goal but, frustrating as it is, we have a way to play and we have to stick to it. You can’t make two challenges in the box like we did and expect to win games. We’ve given them two goals.
