Rumours on the Vital Nottingham Forest websites says that Colin Calderwood has resigned as Forest manager to take the post of manager at Swindon Town.

There is nothing to back up this story however Swindon Town chairman Andrew Fitton is keen to speak to Calderwood but only if he was no longer manager at the City Ground.

As it stands now this is only a rumour and Nottingham Forest have neither confirmed or denied there is any truth to it.

Nottingham Forest fans seem convinced that Calderwood is set to leave the City Ground to take over at Swindon Town.

Other rumours out of the City Ground have Calderwood taking the team for Saturday’s match against Coventry however the former Swindon Town captain will return to the County Ground next week to link up with Town after Fitton returns from business in America.
