Charlton Athletic striker Paul Benson will be staying at Charlton after the Footabll League rejected his move to Swindon Town after it was deemed the League Two side were too late submitting the appropriate paperwork to seal the deal.
Town interim chairman Jeremy Wray has stated that Swindon may make a move to bring Benson to the County Ground when the transfer window opens again in January.
