Andy Williams To Play For Swindon This Season

Swindon Town chairman Lee Power has said Andy Williams will play a big role at Swindon Town this season.

Williams was sent out on loan last season to former club Yeovil in the Championship to get him off the wag bill before picking up serious cruciate injury in training ruling him out for the rest of the season.

Williams has returned to light training and Power said that Williams will be playing a key role when he returns alongside Michael Smith up front for Swindon.

Williams struggled after a hot start at Town and quickly became a scapegoat for many fans after Williams missed several sitters however Williams who is out of contract at the end of this season, now has a chance to reignite his career.
