Swindon Town boss Danny Wilson is keen to secure the services of Doncaster defender Gordon Greer and Reading midfielder Hal Robson-Kanu beyond their current loan spells.

Both joined on a months loan and negotiations have begun to ensure that the duo stay and the County Ground for the time being.

Talking to the Swindon Evening Advertiser, Wilson stated any potential deal would be ‘great from Hal`s point of view if we can do it because there`s a lot of games and Reading wanted him to have as many games as possible.’ However, “for Gordon, nobody left Doncaster this month so they don`t have to recall him, so hopefully that will be another month as well.’

Both have been key additions in Swindon’s bid to avoid relegation.
