On loan Leeds United player Alan Sheehan has been ruled out for up to six weeks after suffering a hamstring strain in the 3-1 win of Gillingham on Saturday.

Commenting to the local press Town boss Danny Wilson said that Sheehan’s injury ‘looked nasty from where I was sat and you’re looking at four to six weeks if it’s as bad as we expect’.

This injury will give Lescinel Jean-Francois another chance in the first team. The Haiti international isn’t the most popular Town player but is more than capable of filling this particular void.

Also, in form forward Charlie Austin is highly doubtful for the trip to Stockport tomorrow night due to suffering whiplash against Gillingham.
