Swindon Town have announced the signing of midfielder Connor Thomas from Coventry City on a free transfer.
Thomas made over 100 appearances for the Sky Blues and has represented England at the Under 17 and 18 levels.
Thomas was highly thought of and was once on trial with Premier League giants Liverpool before he injured himself. As a result of the injury the trial/loan was ended before Thomas could really shine.
Opinion amongst Coventry fans is mixed with many saying he has blagged a three year contract out of Swindon.
