Swindon Town F.C have began to take payments for the second half of season tickets, find out how it affects you.
With over 5,000 season ticket applications to sift through, the club has begun processing the second half payments which are due at the end of September.
Some fans were concerned at making the payment now, however there is some good news for fans that are scrimping and saving to make the payment.
Fans can defer payment for the second half of the season ticket until mid-September after the club failed to reach the 6K target set back in April.
Swindon Town Chief Executive Nick Watkins has confirmed that Season Tickets holders have an option to defer payment for the second half of Season Tickets until mid September.
The club have told fans, “Season Ticket holders requiring time to plan their finances can contact the club via firstname.lastname@example.org and request that payment be deferred until later in September and the club will use best endeavours to ensure that the request is met”
Fans who fail to notify the club to delay their payment will have the payment taken automatically from the 1st of September onwards.
