Swindon Town Football Club could go into liquidation at any time it has been revealed.
As the club has failed the CVA agreement made in 2002 and with no offer to buy the club on the table now, it is believed that revenue and customs have lost patience and will look to wind the club up very shortly.
The Swindon Town board of directors are trying to pusuade the owners of the club to sell to Fitton under the original terms that were agreed to.
If Town do not do a dramatic U-Turn, unless additional funds are found to clear the current debts which are mounting up, then it is almost certain the club will cease to exist unless the club is able to find alternative funding.

Good luck Swindon, from Vital Bournemouth
I hope we go bust for the fans’ sake – maybe then we can set-up a new club AFC Wimbledon style and we can move-on.
It’s about time Swindon fans started boycotting these games.
how is boycotting games going to help??
its not but we need to find ways of getting in the boards faces intill a deal is sorted ( legally of course )
camp outside their homes….
Thanks DJ , We feel for your current plight as well.
Boycotting the matches wont make any difference, except penalise the fans. Were so debt ridden they wouldnt notice any difference financially
Thanks DJ good luck in your situation too!
