Swindon Town manager Paul Sturrock will turn on the Christmas lights in Old Town in Swindon this year.
The annual even that attracted more than 6,000 people last year will be held on Thursday 29th November in Old Town.
Every year the Town chooses a high profile person to turn on the lights and after Sturrock guided Town to promotion back to League One this year, Sturrock is that man..
Sam Parkin and Tommy Mooney are among other Swindon Town staff that has turned the lights on in the past.
