Swindon Town have today agreed to the mutual termination of striker Mehdi Kerrouche`s contract.

Kerrouche arrived last Summer from Al-Oruba and became an instant hero at the County Ground becoming the clubs top goal scorer including a memorable evening where he scored a brace against Crawley Town in Swindon`s 3-0 away win.

Kerrouche was Town`s top goal scorer before falling out of favour with boss Paolo Di Canio and made his last appearance against Bristol Rovers.

Kerrouche performed his last good dead as a Swindon player by going on loan to local rivals Oxford United and missing a clear cut shot against Shrewsbury Town which started Oxford`s drop out of the playoff positions.
