Town dominated their first pre-season fixture of the summer with a 3-0 derby victory over Swindon Supermarine this evening.
It was a Supermarine squad that featured plenty of former Town players who featured briefly within the first team including Chris Allen, Ben Wells, Chris Taylor and Kyle Lapham along with other former Town youth players such as Leigh Henry and Luke Hopper.
It has been reported as a comfortable victory for Swindon Town thanks to goals from French forward Yoann Arquin, who has linked up with Swindon after recently leaving Paris St Germain B while Charlie Austin scored just before half-time.
David Ball scored on his debut for Town with a tidy finish near the end but Vincent Pericard went off injured, being replaced by trialist Darren Murray.

Town visit Edgar Street, the home of Hereford United, this coming Friday before heading to their training camp in Austria ahead of two more friendlies on the mainland.
