The Swindon Advertiser have announced that Alan Gow has passed his medical at the County Ground today and is set to sign with the club.

Sheffield Wednesday, Doncaster Rovers, Hibernian and St. Mirren have all been linked with the attacking player but it looks as though Danny Wilson has won the race for the Scotland B caps signiture.

However, it is believed that Gow’s arrival will be the only transfer of the day for the club who have failed in their pursuit of defensive players.
