will be a good game
You may be taking 1700 fans to Elland Road but will your players be able to handle the atmosphere of 30,000 Leeds fans? Could be quite a physical game and I expect sendings off.
Will be a very difficult match however we took it to you in the Carling Cup during the 2003/04 season. I would imagine the atmosphere to be rocking. Cant see us handing Leeds their first home loss given our current form but hey.
I went to both Carling cup games, and we gave as good as we got in both – and Leeds were in a higher league then. If anything in the 2-2 game our players rose to the occasion and deserved to win. Stupid Paul Robinson.
Wisey stood up to the pressure of their fans baying for him to be sacked – now he’s a hero…. funny ol game ain’t it…. I think Swindon gained a more suitable manager in Paul S in the move too. I think we will do well to draw with currents forms in mind, be good to see that Ken Bates face if we nick all 3 points though, can’t stand that person. I have some respect for Wisey though he’s a good motivator.
Leeds always seem to score at the very end of the game so lets hope our back 4 are at their best. I genuinly believe we can walk away with a draw but it won’t be easy.
Depends which of our teams turn up. We have played great and terribly this season
I think with the injuries we have it may spur the others on to go the extra yard and we may sneak a draw..
Going to be a tough game for you and with so many injuries you would do well to come away with a point.
