Swindon Town winger Mark Marshall has turned down a move to League 2 side AFC Bournemouth it has been revealed.
Marshall who joined Town on the recomendation of former Town legend Fitzroy Simpson who is Marshall’s agent, in the Summer from non-league Eastleigh has seen his chances limited at the County Ground.
Bournemouth were one of the teams looking to sign Marshall in the Summer however Simpson wanted Marshall to play for a club he holds dear to him.
Cherries boss Eddie Howe is keen to try and bolster his squad who sit 10 points adrift of safety in League Two heading into the final half of the season.
