Justice Served MK Dons Stay Down

In a victory for english football, MK Dons will be playing League 2 football next season.

Shrewsbury Town booked their place at Wembley last night by beating the MK Dons 2-1 and ensure that Martin Allens fantastic playoff record remains intact.

Many fans will feel justice is served as Milton Keynes never earned their Football League place. MK Dons came into existance when Pete Winkleman stole Wimbledon Football Club and relocated it to Milton Keynes.

Next season the MK Dons will get to visit the likes of Exeter/Morecambe and Dagenham And Redbridge and play infront of 5,000 fans at their new 22,000 seater stadium.

Former Swindon Town captain Sean O’Hanlon left Swindon to join a ‘sleeping giant’ and a ‘huge club’ last Summer. We do pass on our kindest regards to Sean O’ and hope he enjoys another visit to Accrington.

We hope that MK Dons face a relegation battle next season so they can actually earn their place in the Football League.

We also wish Shrewsbury Town good luck against Bristol Rovers on 26 May.

Couldn’t agree more..perhaps money isn’t everything Sean Judas O’. And after watching that game last night with Shrews. what a shower you play for (lack of tactics and finesse).. looks like a rethink is necessary there.
