Former Swindon Town striker Rory Fallon has completed his switch to Plymouth Argyle from Swansea City.

Fallon who was Town’s top goal scorer last season was sold to Swansea after Swindon secured the services of Lee Peacock.

Fallon had said his ambition was to play in the Premiership when he moved on to Swansea and now he gets another step closer to his goal.

Argyle manager Ian Holloway was happy to secure his man.

‘You can tell he [Fallon] is a Plymouth player,’ Holloway told the official Plymouth website.

‘He is a normal person with no airs and graces. He is not arrogant about how good he is and he just wants to do well for the Green Army.

‘That is all the lads ask and I have had a good week. It is about his desire and I am delighted that he is here.’
