Nathan Thompson
What a class act this guy has looked the last couple of games. He gives us exactly what we were missing when Paul Caddis left, a right hand pairing that overlap each other. Thompson got stuck in on Saturday against Bournemouth and was rightly man of the match. Nathan and his brother Louis are touted as top prospects with Premier League agents tracking both players. Thompson deserves a decent run in the team now. By all accounts he was class against Stoke also.

Porstmouth
Great game for 80 minutes then we fell apart, but what about the shambles before the game? Those who attended will know exactly what I mean. The stewards crammed us all into three sections when it was quite clear there was not enough room there for all the Town fans. To compound matters there was no hot food as it sold out and no programmes for fans to collect. Whilst I couldn`t care less about Programmes, after a few tins on the way to the match, I was keen to line my oversize gut with some junk food when I got to the ground, only to be told they only had crisps or chocolate bars. Eventually the coppers and stewards opened another section for Town fans which came as no surprise when that quickly filled up. At half time we finally got some hot food for an eye watering £5.00 for a hot dog and drink. The hot dog itself was garbage and the drink came with no lid as per the norm and found itself dumped over rolling down the stand during the second half. Anyway apart from that you can clearly see why Pompey are in the position they are in. No boxes, no nothing to earn non-matchday revenue. The money men at Pompey must have spent all their money and more on wages. They seem to have a good team spirit so I wouldn`t be surprised if they stay up but boy the club has been run by some right muppets.

Charlie Austin
Tonight Charlie Austin returns to the County Ground for the first time since his transfer to Burnley. Remember this was the same Charlie Austin whom Town plucked from non-league obscurity at Poole and made a star. With Town destined for the drop Austin`s ego got the better of him and he slapped in a transfer request. I guess you can`t blame the kid, he certainly is better than League One. Anyway he “bobbled” along to Burnley where his arm has fell off twice due to dislocation but fact is, he is class. Again knocking them in at Burnley and if Burnley`s league position doesn`t change soon, the Clarets could find him throwing in another transfer request to move to the Premier League.

Time at Town
