Swindon Town have continued to work to their 10 point plan and have started on improvements at the County Ground.

Andrew Fitton has already promised significant investment in the playing surface and this started last week.

In the 10 point plan released just after Fitton took over, It was noted that the club were going to get rid of the odd blue, orange and green ancient seats and replace them with red and white ones. This has now started.

Since the Intel sponsorship ended the letters S T F C were spelt out on the south stand. Next season the stand will be named The Don Rogers Stand and the letters S T F C are now being replaced with S W I N D O N.

The club is also looking to improve the ground by adding executive boxes on The Stratton Bank Stand as well as looking at opening a second concourse in The Don Rogers Stand.

Pictures of the work can be found on the club’s official website at swindontownfc.co.uk.
