Young Chelsea centre forward Milan Lalkovic has been linked to a loan move to Swindon Town.

The Fulham & Hammersmith Chronicle quotes a source close to Di Canio as saying:

‘Paulo is looking to set his team up at Swindon, and is very keen on the young boy.’

‘Chelsea have sent a number of other young players out on loan, and he thinks Lalkovic could do a job here.’

Lalkovic started his football education in his native Slovakia with his hometown club MFK Ko?ice. He has also represented Slovakia under-16, under-17 and under-19 level.

He also helped Chelsea’s youth side win the 2010 F.A. Youth Cup.

with the current exodus we are experiencing we need some good news on the “incoming” front. Andrew Fitton blamed our lousy season last year on not concentrating on renewing contracts/new signings until after the play off final, as we appear to be starting even later this season we may be well and truly behind the 8-ball already in snapping up the best of the available talent.
PDC needs to move fast I think – They have played Hi Ho Silver Lining ages ago – the slow dances are imminent, and most of the best looking birds have already been snapped up by the smart blokes – pretty soon only the munters will be left standing against the wall. Get dancin Paolo!

Agreed Doctor. This board have a reputation for being quite slow in the transfer market… Can’t afford to make many mistakes this summer.
