Down the A420 – Our friends at the three-sided shed called the Kassam Stadium may be playing their last game in the Football League this coming Saturday when they take on promotion hopefuls Leyton Orient.

Since the re-emergence as Jim Smith as Manager our friend’s in Oxford have talked of the ‘great turn-around’ and that their club will finally get out of League Two.

Thanks to Jim Smith, this may in fact happen. Shame for them it will be out the other end of the League. Oxford United currently sit second bottom, in the League Two table. Anything but a win will see Oxford United relegated to the Conference.

Sure we may be relegated, and may miss out on a great local derby next year, however us Swindon Town fans deserve something to finally smile about.

So Saturday lets hope Leyton Orient, and their 4,000 supporters roar the O’s onto promotion and send Oxford packing into the Football Abyss.

For just one day, Swindon Town fans will be Leyton Orient Supporters
