Bristol City manager Gary Johnson has told the press that he expects Scott Murray to remain at Bristol City next season after being linked with a move to local rivals Swindon Town.
Johnson told the press, ‘We feel Scott would like to stay with us and I know he’s spoken to the chairman. He can challenge for a place next season.’
The 34-year-old winger had been linked with a move to the County Ground after his contract expired but the lure of remaining with the Championship club may prove too much for the highly rated Scotsman.

Can see us losing too much sleep over that decision…
Challenge for a place – hmm – which end of the subs bench is he talking about I wonder.
He’s not a regular starter at Bristol and he isn’t getting any younger.
