Brentford have made a bid to sign Town keeper Wesley Foderingham following the sale of Simon Moore to Barclays Premier League side Cardiff City.

Foderingham started every game for The Reds last season and will be a key part of a Swindon side who is very inexperienced this season.

The Adver reports that Brentford are willing to spend up to $400K to land their man although Town are keen not to sell at the moment after Wes signed a new contract in the Summer and should the club sell Wes, it would leave them with only Leigh Bedwell as the only senior keeper.

Bedwell has only made one first team appearance so it seems very unlikely that Wes will be on the move soon.

Phil Smith back on loan?
