AFC Bournemouth have accepted a bid from Swindon Town for striker Wes Thomas.

Cherries Boss Eddie Howe has left it down to the player if he wants to join Town.

Swindon have made several previous bids to lure the striker to Wiltshire which have been rebuffed by Bournemouth.

BBC Solent seem to think that Thomas will not make a decision on a switch to Swindon until he has explored all his options.

We are not sure if the bid accepted is a loan bid or a permanent bid to sign the player.

Town are currently short of strike options with Nicky Ajose returning to Peterborough and Nile Ranger in the process of having his contract terminated.

Goal scoring record isn’t great but we only have N’Guessen, Storey and Waldon now who is untested at this level.

You must be barmy mate…Our goal scoring record is amazing. N’Guessan Ranger Mason Pritchard Ajose have scored lots. N’Guessan has scored at least 7.
