Swindon Town trialist Blair Sturrock has signed a contract until the end of the season at the County Ground.

Sturrock who was top scorer at Rochdale and Kidderminster Harriers had impressed during his three months at the County Ground and had done enough to impress his Dad to earn himself a permanent deal at the County Ground.

Sturrock Senior had noted that Blair had been at Swindon unpaid and will now reap the rewards for working hard to get back into match shape after being out for a prolonged period of time with an injury. Paul Sturrock also noted that Blair will not break the bank.

Sturrock Junior has become a hit with the fans and has scored 2 goals in his short time at the County Ground.

The signing of Sturrock makes him the clubs second signing in 2 days after signing defender/midfielder Patrick Noubissie on a free from Crewe Alexandra before the transfer window shut last night.
