Blackburn To Remain At Swindon

Swindon Town defender Chris Blackburn has turned down the chance to leave the County Ground.

Town boss Maurice Malpas has stated that Blackburn had the chance to leave however he wants to try and earn his spot at the County Ground.

It appears though that Blackburn`s first team chances are going to come far and inbetween due to Patrick Kanyuke impressing at Luton earlier in the week.

Blackburn arrived at the County Ground in the summer after helping to lead Morecambe to promotion to the Football League.
