Swindon most recent permanent aquisition Elliot Benyon has been linked with a move away from the County Ground.

Swindon Advertiser journalist Gary Rose commented on the social network website Twitter that:

‘I’ve also been told that Leyton Orient are interested in Elliot Benyon. Trying to find something more concrete on this’

If accurate, it could be the second raid by Orient on Swindon within the last week with vice-captain Scott Cuthbert recently moving to Brisbane Road on a two year deal.

Benyon joined Swindon on the January transfer deadline day and scored on his debut. He has struggled to make an impact during his Town career thus far.

  • the one way traffic is beginning to be worrying…….. mind you if Orient are interested in benyon then they must have seen something that 7,000 of us havent seen in the games he has played.

  • He deserves a fair crack but I doubt many would lose sleep if he was to leave… AS LONG AS WE ADEQUATELY REPLACE THESE PLAYERS 🙂
