Now that Rory Fallon has signed with Swansea City it has now been revealed that Barnsley will get a percentage of the agreed transfer fee agreed to be in the region of £300,000.

Swindon bought Fallon from Barnsley in 2003 for £50,000 but if has now emerged that they are to get a ‘financial windfall’ according to Barnsley’s official site.

Fallon made 58 appearances for the Oakwell outfit after coming up through the Swansea Youth Academy and made his first team debut in 2001.

It is un-known how much of the transfer fee Barnsley will net however the official site states it is a ‘significant sell on fee’.
